Verbier-based Faction Skis, known as ‘the last indie ski brand’, are renowned for innovation and designing the skis needed to push the limits of what’s possible in the mountains they love.

Fostr migrated Faction from Magento to Shopify Plus with a full redesign and custom theme development, launching 6 international stores within 12 weeks. As a founder-led brand with a defined mission and passionate engaged community, maintaining brand authenticity and combining this with intelligent eCommerce design was key to the project. Consideration was also given to Faction’s offline retailer network, recognising that an ultimate conversion may be online or in-store.
