Recognised for quality and functional designs, New Era knew what they wanted: a sleek, modern website that offers a seamless and intuitive web experience with streamlined internal processes. New Era’s previous platforms struggled to keep pace with the dynamic needs of a high global business. Re-platforming to Shopify Plus unlocked scalability and flexibility, essential for an organisation with a brand portfolio of 500+. Free of previous restrictions, internal teams gained control over their multichannel strategy and content edits across the site.

Developing bespoke features was central to our strategy, designed to elevate UX, drive revenue, and foster interactive, engaging customer experiences. Custom blocks, gamification, and visuals were implemented to provide users with an intuitive interface that simplifies navigation and product selection. Crafted to engage and convert, these features helped to maximise growth during peak periods, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday (BFCM).

A new suite of powerful tools provides a cohesive system that centralises all manner of online operations, from third-party interactions to new product uploads, empowering New Era to efficiently track, manage, and optimise their retail ecosystem.

Since the launch, New Era has reported record performances over the BFCM period. The platform achieved a 68% increase in revenue compared to the 2023 period and a 3.98% conversion rate.
